Grounding for better health

I recently discovered the therapeutic benefits of grounding and excited to try out the Pluggz flip-flops! What is grounding I hear you ask.Can you relate to that amazing feeling you get after a carefree barefoot walk on the beach, or on fresh grass? I had mostly attributed it to fresh sea breeze and change of scenery, but apparently what happens is an exchange of energy between the earth’s surface and your body, which conveys a long list of benefits including:

  • Reduced inflammation
  • Increased energy and immune function
  • Lowered stress and anxiety
  • Improved blood flow and pressure
  • Reduced muscle tension and headaches
  • Improved sleep and adrenal health

  • Speedier injury recovery times
